Spider-Girl #66
Writer: Tom DeFalco
Penciller: Ron Frenz
Synopsis: The final chapter in "Marked for Death."
Comments: Nice background on Mr. Nobody on how no one knows who he is and how he changes his appearance. Too bad this is his final appearance.
May's sweet 16. She misses her party later to be with Sandra.
Reality ensues because even though Sandra is a battered girlfriend, she doesn't take kindly to May hurting her boyfriend. However, she does seem to want to seek help at the end of the story.
May quits the basketball team because she knows her powers give her an unfair advantage on the court.
Canis is revealed to be part lycanthrope. He's also revealed to be the whole mastermind behind the bombings as his bid to become the next Kingpin. I preferred Canis' earlier characterization when Pat Olliffe drew him and he acted more calm and collected. He seemed too animated here. Maybe he gets more emotional as the full moon gets closer.
