DeFalco/Frenz Retrospective: Amazing Spider-Man #257
Writer: Tom DeFalco

Synopsis: Puma continues to stalk Spider-Man.
Comments: Ah, the thrill of the hunt.
Puma shows much respect to a fellow cat in that he thinks Black Cat is more dangerous than Spider-Man.
Don't ignore your spider-sense, Spidey. Black Cat seems to realize that a costume that slithers across the floor is not normal.
Black Cat being attracted to only Spider-Man and being turned off by the concept of his secret identity was first established in Spectacular Spider-Man #87, when he revealed his identity to her.
I think the Arranger looks like Egghead.
Kingpin puts the Rose in his place. He should have sent him to bed without his supper given the Rose's identity.
Spider-Man continues his battle with the self-proclaimed world's greatest hunter.
Sorry, wrong slide. I'm not sure how that happened. Spider-Man finds out from Puma, who calls himself a "hunter without peer" that his webbing is organic.
I have that Ultimate Guide! Such fond memories.
